Founders and Gurus

Shailesh Kumar - Shailesh Kumar is the founder and Guru of Divine Heart Center. Since childhood, Shailesh Kumar had interest in spirituality and practiced mediation by himself. His curiosity and desire to know the absolute took a disciplined form when he met his guru Shri Vijay Bansal in 1998. Later Shailesh had profound spiritual experiences and Reiki Raja Yoga became his life and lifestyle. Shailesh Kumar is a friend, philosopher and guide to many busy people around the world. His initiates and clients range from top executives to young high school students. He lives in Sudbury, MA with his wife Parul Bansal and daughter Meera.

Parul Bansal - Parul Bansal is the co-founder and Guru of Divine Heart Center. She received spiritual initiation from her father Shri Vijay Bansal. She has been on the spiritual path since 1992. Parul is an example of a loving, dedicated person who has surrendered her life to Reiki Raja Yoga and Divine Heart Center. Under Parul’s loving and practical guidance, initiates find inspiration to make spiritual techniques part of their lives. Parul Bansal lives in Sudbury, MA.

DHC Masters

Rajat Vaish - Rajat is a Reiki Raja Yoga Master, he has been practicing since 2001. Rajat is dedicated to his practice and takes a keen interest in helping others in their spiritual journey. He lives in Greenlawn, New York with his wife and three children.

Gaurav Chikara - Gaurav Chikara is a Reiki Raja Yoga Master. He was first initiated by Shri Vijay Bansal in 1999. Later, Guru Shailesh Kumar initiated him to higher levels. Gaurav is dedicated to spreading awareness about meditation and Divine Heart Center. He runs the DHC Ashburn Center in Virginia.

Sunita Nayak - Sunita is a Reiki Raja Yoga Master, who was first initiated in 2008. She is dedicated to her spiritual practice and is a loving friend who is always calm, and positive. She brings blessings to everyone who comes in contact with her. Mother of two beautiful daughters, Sunita lives in Ashburn, VA.

Vineet Khanna - Vineet Khanna is a Reiki Raja Yoga Teacher first initiated in 2004. He is a loving friend who brings positivity and healing to everyone he meets. Vineet has a strong desire to help other initiates in their spiritual journey. He lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife and two children.

Akhil Shrivastava - Akhil is a Reiki Raja Yoga Teacher, who first got initiated in 2001 by Shri Vijay Bansal. He is a dedicated initiate who is sincere and regular in his spiritual practice. He is always available to service others and DHC. Akhil lives in London, UK with his wife and three children.
