Program for the Event 

Guided meditation (session 1) is open to all. Those who are interested in Reiki Raja Yoga, will have a unique opportunity to get initiated by the Grandmaster Shailesh and learn Reiki Raja Yoga Level 1 & 2 techniques (session 2). 

Session 1 - Guided Meditation 

This session is open to all. These meditations can be practiced both by a beginner or an advanced seeker to generate love, strengthen will power and explore self-realization. 

The Pink Lotus Meditation – a powerful balancing meditation; generates love 

“Swayagya” Meditation – energizing technique; generates will power 

“So Hum” Breathing Technique – a strong cleansing technique; generates realization

 Session 2 - Reiki Raja Yoga Level 1 & Level 2

 This session is for existing initiates and those who are interested in Reiki Raja Yoga Level 1 & Level 2 initiation. 

Heal past, present and future Karma 

Heal 33 energy points for happiness and spiritual progress 

Affirmations for distance healing by intention 

Can be practiced by anyone, at anytime and anyplace

Special Note 

For meditation it is suggested to wear loose comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat and a meditation pillow / chair to sit on. 

Please keep your stomach light, if you are planning to eat something before coming, please eat light snack. 

Vegetarian lunch is provided during the seminar. 

Please try not to bring young children along with you. 

Sometime it gets cold in the meditation hall; it is good to carry light jacket or shawl along with you.

About the Grandmaster 

Grandmaster Shailesh is a healer and spiritual Guru who was initiated into the Reiki lineage of Sensei Mikao Usui and the Kriya Yoga lineage of Mahavatar Babaji by late Guru Shri Vijay Bansal and has uniquely integrated the two practices of Reiki and Kriya Yoga, for the maximum benefit of the initiate.
